Episode 11: Meet Barb
Summary
In this episode, they sit down with Sara’s good friend and cohort in many hilarious adventures, Barb. Barb was a self-proclaimed lazy person for many years and found her way to Crystal when she realized she needed to make some life changes. From there she’s run several races including a half marathon, and has jumped into triathlons as well. This year she did her first Ragnar race and will be joining MK and Sara next spring for another Ragnar adventure! Like many of us, she enjoys adventures and is working hard on getting outside of her comfort zone. Join in for an hour of us belly laughs, Twizzler discussions, fun!
